If anyone is on a budget and needs a good computer try the HP Stream, I brought one for my daughter this is her first computer for her school work and more. She picked her favorite color purple and this computer has a back lit screen and wait for it cute white keys. I even find myself using it because it has a better processor then my old HP red flyer has. Well, if anyone is in the market for a nice budget computer try this one.

@apple1964. I had been looking at it this morning. I use my iPads most of the day but I still need a computer. My Toshiba is going on 5 years old. I either have to reset it with my Factory CDs I ordered when I ordered the computer or get a new one. I have to reinstall my Microsoft Office and uninstall and reinstall my iTunes as neither are working correctly. It hasn't been able to go back to a restore point in two years so the way to fix it is to reset it. I have never had a virus that has been found or malware as I have programs that I run every few days. CCleaner keeps the junk off it. I think a program somewhere has a glitch in it maybe from my Windows updates. I wasn't sure to try one of the HP Streams or get a new HP 15.6" computer I saw on Walmart on sale. I got my Toshiba from Walmart and it has been a very reliable computer. My Toshiba computer is so much better made than the new ones and that is why I may try resetting back to Factory settings first. I appreciate the input. Thanks.![]()

Not sure yet but I probably will end up getting a 17" laptop. I will keep the stream in mind for a few of my friends that don't need as much space as I will. The HP Stream is an excellent product for those that want something more affordable. Love the colors also. This forum really make items known to us that we may not have paid much attention to otherwise. Happy 4th of July to all!
