HP or Dell

Hello everyone:

Ok, I am looking to purchase a new computer for home. This computer will mainly be used by myself as I am now working from home. My system has be able to handle me opening 4 to 5 programs at once since I am doing billing and insurance verification.

I would like to purchase one of the computers on QVC (love the flex pay option) but now sure which one to get. I like to look of the All In One's but I was told by a coworker that they are hard to keep cool and that I maybe want to go with a desktop. Could I please get some advice here. I really would appreciate your recommendations.
