HP laptop

I bought an HP laptop as a TSV in November. I do believe it is the same laptop that was the TSV Saturday. I love this laptop. It has been GREAT! However, about a week ago, the charger that belongs to the laptop stopped working. I do not believe the charger is the problem because that same charger works and charges an old HP laptop that I also own. It just doesn't charge the new laptop. What could be the problem with the computer? Who should I contact to get this fixed? HP or QVC? Thanks!
