Hello,

I would not recommend an HP computer to anyone. QVC prices and Easy Pay is not worth aggravation you will go through in less than 1 year of purchasing an HP laptop.

A friend of mine warned me, but I wouldn't listen. The price was just too good on the HP G60 laptop that I purchased from QVC. I am convinced that HP programs their computers to start breaking down at the 11 month mark so that you are forced to pay for extended support.

This laptop can't perform a single function without becoming extremely confused, and freezing up like a deer caught in head-lights.

Every 3-5 minutes, it freezes, and says, "Windows Explorer is not working" or "HP Wireless service is not working." At other times, a blue screen will appear out of nowhere stating that "a dump of my physical memory is occuring", and then the computer restarts on its own.

I have never been more frustrated with a computer. I should have known something was wrong since everytime a new computer is presented, the show host claims, "THIS IS THE BEST COMPUTER/ DEAL I'VE EVER SEEN ON QVC!!!" Yeah, right.

Also, I have another HP desktop that I use in my place of business. It is only 3 months old, and I am already getting, "Windows Explorer has stopped working." The only reason I purchased that one is because it came with my POS software and merchant account, and I figured since it was only for business use, I wouldn't have problems - not so.

Save yourself the trouble. Invest in a better computer. My next computer will be from Apple. And I think that I should hurry and get one before the Macbooks are presented on QVC and the quality goes down due to an increase in production. Smh.

Best,
