HP Touchpad or I Pad?

has anyone seen the tablet HP has out......? saw it online at besybuy and it looks like it could be a touch better than the ipad.........flash, multitasking...........etc, hp says 3g and 4g versions are coming as well...............anyone have any thoughts on this?
