HP Touchpad Problem

I bought the item when QVC had it for sale and I sure know I wasn't the last guy to buy them. Now I get an e-mail that they're out! A whole week later!

This is Outrageous! I'll never buy form QVC again - how can a company with a TV and online only presence NOT have accurate count of inventory?

The answer is that they do, but they oversell or sell items they don't actually have in hopes of getting them. This is a fradulent business practice and I will sue if i don't get my order!
