Did anyone order this OTO on September 18, 2014? I just received mine, and I already have a problem with the hinge holding the monitor to the keyboard. There aren't any reviews, and the laptop is no longer available. QVC and HP haven't been helpful.

[Heavy sigh.] I know. I was hoping it would be an incredible computer, and the one-year warranty would cover the hinge. Thanks for the nudge.

You do not want to deal with a hinge problem with a laptop. You should return it to QVC.

I would never keep anything that was faulty right out of the box. I've owned several HP computers (desktops and notebooks) and never had anything go wrong. Next time buy from the manufacturer or locally at a B&M store.
