HP guest on 8/19 is outstanding. He explained the HP Laptop models clearly and in detail, all by himself. Much better than a QVC host. Make him a QVC host.

The Vendor rep SHOULD know more than the host does. It's their job and why they are there.

Yes, the vendors are the experts of the products they are selling.  They should be given enough time to talk about the item also instead of some hosts monopolizing the presentation.

Yes, I agree Craig Smith is excellent.  But actually, I find that all the computer vendors on QVC are excellent.  This includes Alex Abrahantes, Bret Hamilton and Justin Sochovka, who is now a host.  They all know their stuff!  💻🖥

Do you mean ambassador or representative? The only computer vendor (company CEO or owner) I remember on set on QVC was Mike George.
