This will probably get spoofed but for the first time in many years,I sent something back! I've been a customer with the Q since the beginning. Their products generally have a good reputation in my home. However, I ordered the HP Envy 5530. I spent two days trying to get the ink in it. My friend and I are both teachers and we spent another two days hook inch it up and attempting to attach it to my wireless network. I finally got so frustrated yesterday that I boxed it up and sent it back. This printer was a TSV not too long ago. If you need a printer don't get this one!!!!

Just because you had problems doesn't mean there is something wrong with the printer. I'd do a review search through Google or other search engine and see what others say.

I got this printer when it was the TSV I have been very pleased with it. I bought it to replace an older HP model.

The printer has a screen on it that walks you through the set up, complete with pictures. I had my non-computer savy 15 year old set it up and he was able to do it. I had to direct him to the set up guide a few times when he said it was too hard to figure out.

I'm sorry you had trouble with your printer. We've been very happy with ours. We were having some issues with the older printer and when the tsv was on my son talked me into buying it, which is why he was setting it up.
