Just got an e-mail from the "Apple Support Team" telling me that my access to the Apple Platforms has been cancelled unless I "Verify" by clicking the link.

Of course, I trashed the e-mail without clicking the link.  Apple users, beware!!!!

You can forward these emails to: reportphishing@apple.com

I always forward them. I don't usually hear anything back, and was surprised to get an acknowledgement for the last one I sent.

I've gotten those too.  I've also gotten phone calls.  And, I don't even have anything Apple.

If these scumbags would divert their cyber talents to some form of research for cancer, autism, or eliminating hunger just imagine what they could accomplish.  Instead, greed seems to be what drives them.

@grandma rWe have enough research going on now on cancer and autism and other medical conditions.  I refer to them as "industries"; self-perpetuating organizations that are more interested in staying alive than in finding cures that would put them out of business.

As for the scammers, they're thugs pure and simple.  They are very smart people.

That's not true.  If you had any working knowledge how difficult it is to find a cure, you wouldn't make such an inaccurate statement.  You're entitled to your opinion but, don't post as if your opinion is a fact.

Re: HERE'S ANOTHER ONE

[ Edited ]

@Cats3000   Autism research in this country is almost non existent!!!!  Less than $.012 of the NIH budget goes to Autism research.  Most clinical studies are done abroad!!!

A cancer cure will never be found as long as the pharmaceutical companies continue to own some politicians!!!

All the money being thrown at the opiod crisis is appalling.  People choose drugs;  children don't choose to have cancer.

@Sallylow1   You are so right.  Autism is very difficult to handle.  It is very close to my heart.  In fact, our Philadelphia Eagles organization does more for families with Autistic children and far more in raising money for research.  Every penny raised by various events is designated to research through the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia!!!!  Sad to say we can't say that about our own government.
