I downloaded the HP app on my Fire 8 tablet, but cannot get it to activate. I have used two different emails and two different password and it keeps telling me that it cannot connect to the server. I checked, and I do have internet access. Does anyone have any idea as to what I am doing wrong? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks to anyone who can help me. Also, should I use the password that I used for HP? I have tried that, and still same message. Thanks again. Terra

Make sure that you are connected to your own Internet, there are times when my phone connects to my IP's Internet and I can not connect that way
