HELP - NOOK

I have been reading the "how tos" of the nook and disconnected my wifi just for giggles(says to do this on a plane). Seems I'm disconnected for good and can't get the wifi back to for example shop. Do I have to put my wifi code in again since it won't connect or what? Thanks.
