HELP ME!!

I am losing it!! Every time I am on the Forum and I hit "view all categories" I get a page that says " Internet Explorer cannot display webpage". When I hit diagnose, it says nothing is wrong with my computer or connection. I am able to get "view all catagories" on my lap top but not this computer.
