HELP ~ Halo Bolt LED Floodlight

I have one of these in each vehicle and 2 in the house in case of power outages, which are forecast for tonight.  Always keep them fully charged and LOVE themHeart

My problem is that the 2 older Halos' LED floodlights do not turn on.  I called the company phone number but, of course, business hours are over.

Anyone have this problem?  How did you rectify?

Thanks for any suggestions!!

Re: HELP ~ Halo Bolt LED Floodlight

@Irish1210  Since you did not font "which" older Halo model you have, why not go to Halo's website to check if they have a "customer help support" section and/or a FAQ?  There is no way anyone can help you as we do not know which model you have.

Post a pic.  That would be helpful.

You can also go on YouTube tutorials.   Imput which model you are inquiring about for a "how to" video.

@Mz iMac Thank you for your suggestion ~ I will check the website : )

The model I have is #58830 mWh

The models that have the floodlight are basically the same, so I just wondered if anyone had had a problem with the floodlight, specifically.

Heading to the YouTube videos now ~ Thanks for your help!!

@Irish1210

Thanks for providing the model #.  I could not find anything about changing/fixing the flood light on the www.  So I read its manual.  Under the "Safety Precautions" I found the following.....

"Do not disassemble or attempt to repair your HALO BOLT ACDC 58830 yourself."

"Do not disassemble your HALO BOLT ACDC 58830. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Incorrect reassembly may result in shock or re hazard."

Re: HELP ~ Halo Bolt LED Floodlight

@Mz iMac  Hey thanks for going the extra mile!  I was actually thinking I could take the unit apart and possibly replace the bulb ~ not a good ideaSmiley Sad

You've saved me a headache and I appreciate it ~ I will call customer service for the brand tomorrow in hopes of finding some answers.

I realize things don't last forever, but these can't be more than 5-6 years old and the floodlights have never been used more than a couple of times for short periods.

Appreciate your time and efforts Heart
