HELP!! HELP!! CAN'T ORDER

Maybe that's a good thing. A couple of weeks ago I can log on to see my wish list but I can not order or see my order status. I'm surprised I could log on to commmunity. I tried calling customer service they said they didn't know. They checked my log on and password and said it was fine. I checked my computers security and nothing looks changed. Up at the top of the page when I try to sign in by order status sign out is posted there so it looks like I am signed on. When I try to order speed buy and it brings up log in pages after I put in my information the next screen is system error page and says it will put item in cart. Went to cart and same page would come up. Any ideas.. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
