@Kachina624 - That's very odd, because I've always used Transfer Wizard and it's always worked for me.

I wish I could offer some help, but I'm baffled as to why it wouldn't work for you, transferring from one Tracfone to another.

Did you find a different method of transferring things?

@Venezia   No, I just store my photos on one of those Picture Keeper drives.

-I never leave the Transfer Wizard stored on a phone because both apps must be the same. Is it possible one was an older version?

-Since TW allows you to choose which categories will be transferred, is it possible you accidentally unchecked photos and contacts?

-Did you put out Fig Newtons for the wizard? That's all he accepts.

When I transferred everything yesterday, only the Walmart and Wawa apps didn't transfer. I'm sure that's a security feature because those apps store your password.

TracFone is pretty ghetto if you ask me, also their phone choices are horrible.  I don't know why people even bother with them.  Unless you barely use a cell phone, TracFone is not the right choice for anyone!

Tracfone is perfect for me. Good reliable phones at a low price with good service. And I use my phone a lot. The Moto G Stylus phones are great and if you want a flagship phone you can buy an unlocked one and use it on TracFone. There are very few limitations on the phones you can buy and use on the service. I find TracFone to be largely trouble free and ideal for me.

In the activation process, an app called Samsung Switch came up for transferring data when both phones are Samsungs.    

Seems to make sense .... I think I'll use that.
