I've stayed with AOL for over 10 years now even when I got high-speed access over 5 years ago. Gmail (google) is said to snoop too much. I don't like yahoo or my internet provider Charter. Awhile back yahoo had some hacking of email issues. I don't like Microsoft mail either, seems too difficult to use. There is MSN which I don't know of anyone using much anymore.

AOL has always just seemed to be the easiest and safest compared to everbody else.

I like msn.com or outlook.com. They have a sweep features that lets you delete all emails from one sender just my clicking one. You block email senders. you can set up more than one email name.

But if you don't have any problems I would just keep your current provider.

The worst email I have is verizon.net they allow too much spam. At verizon I'm over the limit with blocking senders. I have yahoo and gmail too but don't really use them.

I have used g mail and Hotmail which is now I think called outlook or something. Both are fine. I also have internet provided accounts which I never use. I prefer something independent so if you switch you don't have to change your email. I've had Hotmail for years. They do let you manage your mail in various ways.

I prefer Gmail for my main accounts and Hotmail for my additional accounts. We used MSN mail for years, but I was unhappy with the amount of spam and the poor customer support. Unfortunately, apart from their online user communities the customer support for any free email service is a bit lacking, imho.
