Getting a straight answer from QVC!

I wish I could get a straight answer from the QVC customer service reps. I have been inquiring since 10/1 about a desktop computer by Dell. I was told by the first rep that they had plenty on hand, E-224901, only to find out when you place an order it states not available at this time. This went on for a week or more, so I contacted Nate the dell engineer last weekend. He informed me that they were doing a "refresh" on that model, (whatever that is)and it would be available today 10/13, under a differnt # on the qvc site. Called customer service again today, and they said they don't know, but didn't see anything for Dell for the next 30 days. Why can't they give you a more direct answer? You would think the engineer would know when they should have this available, although I understand this is not his show, it's QVC's. I have been a shopper on QVC since 2005, but will have to look else where for my next computer. I don't like stall tachtics, sitting around waiting and hoping it might pop up. I love shopping here, but can't afford to sit around watching TV to see if it is going to be on today. Need new desktop by 11/1/13. Everyone doesn't want an all-in-one desktop, I guess I'm old fashion......
