Galaxy S2/Boost TS Question

I'd like to use the phone as a spare on Straight Talk rather than Boost. If I swap out the Boost sim (which I suppose is in there) for a ST sim, think I can activate it on ST?

Forgot to say it's on HSN this weekend.
