If you use a free email program, what would you recommend. Also, what about a free word processor program? Thanks in advance!! :-)

Edison mail...sorts your messages so ie: delivery dates are in an assistant for you.

I believe it sorts my hotmail, which has become a mess.

Thunderbird stand alone is my main free email client.  I only use it for family & OFFline friends.

It is also ad free.

All computers come a w/word processor program.

I personsally use Page, Mac Word & Office.

FWIW.....

There are thousands of free stand alone email clients as well as free word processing programs.

You can use Open Office free.

We use Gmail but DH does not like web based email so even though it's Gmail my mail comes in using Windows Live Mail & DH uses Outlook.

@anxiousone

I have used hotmail for years, but it got very bogged down.

Cannot delete spam in bulk.

So I am slowly making the switch to gmail...I like it.

Then, found Edison mail and love the “assistant.”

I just use the email service that my isp provides. Doesn't cost extra, it comes with it.

I use both the Internet provider's email (centurylink) and Gmail because of the larger storage!
