@newjersey, FYI I saw on Amazon that they have the iPad gen 9 64g for $249.00 and a gen 10 64g for $319.00.

This is a poor deal, because it is a 3 year old tablet with 64GB of storage for $399. It will feel full out of the box.
You can buy the 2 year old 10 generation iPad with 256 GB of storage for $449.
I do not know what the price will be on Prime Day.

@Ainhisg , thanks for the info - I'll definitely check it out.

@Nuttmeg I disagree. I have a 2019 64gb iPad mini with tons of apps, documents, and photos stored on it. I still have 26gb of storage available, and it's still running like a champ. The mini iPads have always been more expensive than larger iPads. You get more bang for your buck with the 10-inch iPads, but I find them cumbersome to hold.

I am not comfortable buying a tablet with less than 128GB of storage, nor would I recommend a person to buy one.
I have fond memories of using 7 and 8 inch Samsung tablets, with 16 or 32GB of storage, and a great display, but not today.

@Nuttmeg well, all I can say is that I own the predecessor to this, and when I say I have a ton of apps and photos on it, I do. It still has a ton of storage and works flawlessly. I have a MacBook Pro so am somewhat knowledgeable concerning Apple computers and tablets. My husband has the 10-inch tablet. Out of curiosity, do you have any Apple tablets or computers? If the OP wanted more storage on the iPad mini, there is a 256gb on sale for $550. Have a nice evening!
