Hysterical!!

I needed a good laugh!

I never talk to scammers, because I only answer calls and texts I recognize, and I never click on links that I do not verify first.

It is certainly interesting to see someone "play" and outwit a scammer at their own game.  A very clever enterprise!

That one was good but I've seen more entertaining ones from him. It's been a long time since I've had my way with scammers. I had the ringer off on our landline for about the last 3 years that we had it. Several months ago I stopped service to it, unplugged the phone, took it outside and beat it up with a hammer.  It felt good.

We still have a landline, and will probably keep it forever.  BUT, we only answer when we know who is  calling (or they can leave a message)!

Not really a Microsoft issue. This was a Crowdstrike issue. They provide security software to companies and their update was wildly defective and crashed computers using their software. Was it intentional or just gross negligence? God only knows, but it created chaos. Normal/typical computer users had no issues but anyone relying on Crowdstrike for their security software got hammered.

Well I guess the issues I was and am having with

IOT must have been a coincidence. I probably have close to 50 Smart devices in my house and half of them just lost their ever loving minds. It looks like I'm going to have to reconfigure them. I've never had a single issue with my tp-link smart devices and it's just the smart plugs, not the camera not the light switch or light bulbs.

@monicakm - It's a good thing my DH has gone to bed or he'd be wondering why I'm howling with laughter!!!

I love it - deliberately playing with these scumbag scammers.  I think I'll still be laughing when I wake up tomorrow.  (And the scammer saying "OMG are you an idiot?!")

Thank you for the best laugh I've had all month!  I'll check out more by this guy.
