Well, it’s only so smart! All the options on the screen work well except it no longer alerts me to incoming texts and phone calls. I have tried to correct using the instructions but nothing. Any suggestions or is this a lost cause )-:

@ByTheBay I returned the Versa 2 because, like you, as hard as I tried, I couldn't get it to perform in a consistent manner to provide me with the info it claimed!

Starting with the Alexa app, it performed well from time to time but not in a reliable way.

Also, I have a small wrist so the hard band created the face of the watch being hard to read unless I twisted my hand downward each time I wanted to see the time.

@ByTheBay

Honestly, can you return it?

I bought one last April and it counts hand/arm movements, not steps. I also own a Fitbit One so I could easily compare and noticed the huge increase in steps counted when I switched. FB CS troubleshooting did not work and neither did replacing it twice. What a huge waste of money.

Same here...I only had mine for maybe a month before it stopped giving me my alerts....when you go online to look for a way to troubleshoot, others have had the same problem....I bought mine from HSN and I need to check my invoice because it needs to go back if that's going to be a problem I can't fix....I never had that issue with he Charge 2.

I have been a Garmin wearer for a long time since it runs on a battery that lasts forever (no charging) and I kept getting skin rashes under the larger trackers with heartrate monitors.    Love my Garmins.

The reviews on these tracking devices are not good, I don't understand the popularity if they do not really do what they are supposed to. I would never trust a Fitbit heart monitoring feature if it can't track your steps accurately.
