Hello; I was just informed by remote access support, my microsoft windows 7 "has something wrong" with it, and was not activated. Before I contacted my internet provider for assistance I attempted to turn on my own firewall, to no avail.
I have had a nightmare of problems with virus' and worries about security. The remote access viewer advised me to telephone Microsoft directly for resolution. The number she gave me has been disconnected.
Any suggestions other than going through the same route to get another working phone number to Microsoft directly? OR to activate my firewall?
