Firestick

I recently got rid of my cable and got a firestick. Does anyone know why when I'm watching  QVC, there are no graphics? If I watch HSN, there are graphics. I don't get it.

I watch through my firestick and i have graffics but they changed their menu again which is is screwing everything up.  Just about the time you get used to it, they mess with it.
