Is there an easy fix for Firefox Crashing? Seems like since the last update. Appears worse when first starting up. I cleared cookies, cache, history etc...

What's your definition of "crashing"?  People use the term for everything and we really need a more definitive description of the problem.

@89135It might help if you said what kind of device you're using.  I'm on a desktop computer using Firefox right now and no problems.

@gadgetgal613   Firefox closes or quits unexpectedly and the Mozilla Crash Reporter appears. I just click on Restart Firefox ..Sometimes that works and sometimes it goes back to Crash mode..Right now it is working okay but crashed about 4 times this morning when starting up...It has crashed in the afternoon also so just not at start up

After checking Google I guess I am not the only one...Time to call my computer guy, I guess

Try another browser like Chrome, Edge, Brave or some other generic browser like Samsung browser.

If I remember correctly Firefox has an option somewhere (maybe settings?)  to reset to original status or something like that.  Try it if you can.

@89135Just checked, and I'm on version 131.0 too.  Maybe I should thank my lucky stars that everything is ok here.  Hope you're able to figure out what's wrong on your end.

@89135 I've had the same issue for over year.  I'm on a laptop and my computer guy has tried several things but....
