This update made the font really light. Have you experienced this and how do I fix it?

I didnt have a problem with the fonts....I just enabled the theme to (Firefox Alpenglow) without downloading a new theme...maybe go into your settings under General and then to Fonts and Colors and maybe change there or go to Tools at the top and click on Add-Ons and Themes and see if you can change something there...

FF is my backup browser.  Due to your post, I am on it now-the latest version.  No differences in the fonts I see.

If you are having issues, go to FF website & install the version you previously had.  Prior to doing that, go into FF Preferences & change your font.  Sometimes, that can make a huge difference.  On a Mac, some fonts are naturally "bolded" and/or you can make them so at will.  You can do this via the Font Book app or directly w/in your browsers Preferences.

If you have not already done so, restart your "computer" not just your browser.

OR

Install your previous version from your backup.

OR

Go to FF troubleshooting and/or forum website to check if anyone else is reporting the same issue as yours.  Note the suggestions/recommendations.  Also, check FF Knowledge Base articles.
