Fire TV stick with Alexa

I just purchased the newest Fire TV stick with voice remote that includes Alexa.  I want to use this on a TV that is in the same room as my Echo and do not want to either use a TV in a different location or move my Echo. 

 

If I use Alexa on the TV stick will my Echo also respond?  Is there a way to rename Alexa on the Echo to avoid a conflict?

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

You should ask these questions on the Amazon board, you are more likely to get responses there.

Thank you for the link Nutmeg, it was very helpful.  It does not sound like Alexa on Fire TV needs a wake up word so there shouldn't be any conflict.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.
