I have some issues with the QVC iPad app that I would like to send to the appropriate people at QVC, as opposed to general customer service. I recall once getting an email about the iPod app and providing feedback, but alas, I did not keep that email. Does anyone know of a contact for the apps? I called customer service and they suggested I write a letter. LOL
Anywho, my big issues, besides the lack of video on product pages like HSN has, are
1) for many items I cannot see the other colors or view the alternate photos. Some product pages work properly, most do not.
2) both the iPod and iPad apps think I am in the Mountain zone, not the Pacific Time Zone so the schedule is always off by an hour. In addition, the reminders I requested come 3 hours after the show was on. So the show is on at 10am Eastern, 7am Pacific, and I get the reminder at 10am.
