@Venezia  I know...I worked for the Feds for 37 years and many times hours of my day dealt with "putting out fires" resolving and correcting problems no one else wanted to deal with.  Ugh!


@Allegheny  I was a manager with state government 32 years.  Put out my share of fires too.  LOL.

@Allegheny,  I would occasionally receive fax Transmissions of blank white paper.

When faxing there is a right side up and a right side down. If the person at your doctor's office is putting the documents in upside down the person receiving the fax transmission will just get a printout of the blank white back of the page. This is how you end up with a situation where one person swears they sent it and the other swears they never received it.
