Extended warranty on iPad?

Just wondering if anyone purchased a warranty on iPad. We have Apple care on computers, but thought instead would get Square Trade warranty as it covers accidents. I have Square Trade on Kindle 3. My husband doesn't think we need one, but with grandkids around (and me lol) thought it may be good idea. They are both $99, the Best Buy warranty was over $200!
