@GingerPeach  I DO pay attention to the vendor I order from every time I place an order.  The ones I've been going with are in the USA.  Somehow my orders then get farmed out to other vendors.

 

In a recent order for some sheer that I ordered, the vendor I went with was out of the color I ordered hence then farming out to some other vendor was filled.  The packaging was cr*p, the quality was nothing like the first sheers I had already received from the vendor I placed my 2nd order with.

 

I emailed amazon about my order, they did respond back and told me this is what happened.  I continued the email conversation and told them (amazon) how disappointed I was and how this was bull for my order with vendor (1) to end up with a much lesser quality vendor (2).  All amazon said to me was that I could return what I got, re-order and wait for my color to return to stock.

 

I don't appreciate things like this happening.  If I wanted to order cr*p from china, hongkong, vietnam, indonesia or who knows where, I'd do that.

@GingerPeach  Aw, thanks but you really didn't need to apologize.  What a nice gesture.

 

I am really bummed at the service some of us are now experiencing at amazon.  I don't want to have to end shopping there because it is a go-to for me as I search for items I'm looking for all for a better price.  But if my items come from that slow boat from who knows where and it takes 6-8 weeks to get my goods, then I must really re-think what used to be great deals for me.

Thank you for  suggesting to call Amazon Customer Service.  I did that and everything got resolved.

 

I knew I would get help here on the forums and I so appreciate everyone's sharing their knowledge.

Yay!  Glad they got you taken care of.  Amazon customer service really is the best.     It's nice to be able to get that hassle off your list, eh?  Smiley Happy
