EDD/processing?

I placed an order on 12/18 for a laptop. It's been processing since then (there was also a pending charge on my account for it that was subsequently removed). I understand that I placed the order right around the holidays, which might be why, but I've also got an EDD of 1/20. Is that normal? A month? I'm probably just being impatient. It's my first time ordering from QVC, so, I figured I'd ask.
