Downloading Photos

I am trying to download a pic to my Photo Bucket account, but I cannot see the actual pic of the photo after it is downloaded...just a red x in the box.

I have downloaded many photos to this account in the past, just cannot see the pic for some reason today? The pics I am downloading have been saved to my computer for quite some time. They are not new pics that I took today.

Any ideas what I am doing incorrectly?
