Do you power down your Kindle Fire between uses?

I have the new HD version and the button is hard to push. Do you power yours down a lot or just let is sleep and charge it more often?

Does it hurt to charge it every night even if it isn't real low on power?

Also, I read wifi eats batteries. So I shut the wifi off all the time, but hat is a nuisance also.

Just curious as to what you do.
