Do I need some of these programs??

I am trying to get my computer to go faster. It is really slow on pinterest. Pictures are slow. I know you should uninstall some programs that could slow it down. These are some I saw didn't know if I need them. Ask toolbar update, ask toolbar, bing bar, roxio now, power2go, hulu desktop, juniper networks, inc. setup client(that seems to be some kind of security thing) realtek, audio drive, kobo. All I use my computer for is facebook, email and pinterst. I pay bills. I have webroot security. I also notice I have windows defender. It said never run two at a time. So I guess I should uninstall one of there. It seems like this problem has been happing in the last month or so. I have windows 7 . I have a 2011 Hp. Any advise would be grat.I also have a lot of Adobe do I need to delete the old ones?? Thank you for any help.
