DirecTV HD Plus Receiver

We have the DirecTV regular receiver & they have offered us a great deal on an HD Plus - Only pay the cost of shipping ($20) & they will do the complete installation free. Supposed to get a lot of free stuff on the HD & of course much better picture. No extra charge monthly for the first 3 months, then our monthly will be $10. instead of the $7. we are paying now.

Just wondering if the HD one would be worth it - anyone have an opinion?
