Thinking of buying the Panasonic cord & cordless phone they have on sale today. Did anyone buy this phone so, they can tell me how they liked it. Need a little help.

Haven`t bout this particular one but have had Panasonic for years and find them to be a great phone.  I think I will order this as I like to have a corded land line, when we lost power I had no phone service.  Did have a corded unit before but though I would give all cordless a try but  something always needs charging, and you don`t have to hunting for a corded phone.

I also saw  #438-183. This has no corded phone but only has 3  cell phones.

I think I'll get #439-439 This way I have an extra phone.  Hope we both love these phones.

I do not own a cell phone & have no plans to ever purchase one.  That being said.......

I have had my Panasonic cordless landland phone for over 20yrs.  Never changed its batteries.  It came in a 3 phone pack.

The main base has all the bells & whistles including soft number pads & answering machine. 

All 3 phones have the bells & whistles that are on the base.  Each phone has their own charging base.

Another plus that I love is that the numbers/letters on the pads are large.

The phone view window is very bright and the letterings/wordings are large.

All 3 phone have an ear phone jack.  Never used them as I always use the speakerphone.

My phone service is FREE because it's a landline & included in my cable package.

That is great that your batteries have lasted that long.

The one phone that is the base phone does have a cord and the other 3 are cordless.

Is this the corded and 3 cordless phones from HSN that have call blocking?

If so, we own it and LOVE it.  The call blocking works wonderfully and it's not terribly difficult to set up.  If I recall correctly, the cordless phone takes AAA batteries, so you don't need to hunt for special batteries.
