Device Manager In Vista

My norton indicates that there is a hardware problem with my computer. It says to run Device Manager. I found the device manager but don't know how to run it. The help box didn't give me the answer. I didn't see anything that indicated how to run it.

My sound was off the other day and I opened it up and restored it. Norton says the problem is in the plug and play.

According to Norton my computer is not secure with the hardware problem. I do have other protection for my computer.

Anyone know how to run this so I can get back the security.
