I purchased the Dell Laptop TSV last fall. It has the webcam and it worked through most of the winter but decided in the last couple of months that it doesn't want to work anymore! I have not had any obvious mishaps with the computer and it seems to work every now and then but is not at all consistant .... very frustrating. I went to Dell's website and found the help page. It said to uninstall the webcam, restart the computer and it would automatically reload the drivers. I also reloaded the webcam central software. I've done this more than once and it still doesn't work. Do any of you have any suggestions before I try contacting Dell? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
