I ordered the Dell TSV on 8/7 - the original shipping date, per web site was 8/29 - the date has been changed 4 times and is now 9/'7. I called customer service and they tell me it's 8/29, which seems odd because my order information is changing - date label was printed has also changed. I've lost confidence in the process and it's too late to cancel. The software is due to arrive in a couple of days. Is my only option to refuse to accept the software and then the computer whenever it arrives?
