Hi there -- I bought the Dell TSV 17" laptop on black Friday. I've been having some problems with the mouse and am wanting to exchange it for the same computer, however when I click on the link to the TSV from my account page, it says that it's no longer available. Does anybody know if this same laptop is anywhere on the QVC website and would I still be able to exchange my laptop for a new one? Thanks!
