Dell 17" Laptop in Blue

I also had to wait a long time for my new Dell Laptop 17" computer to be shipped from the vendor. It sounded like such a great deal, but when it arrived, the packaging was flimsy, there was no security tape on the bottom of the box. Most disappointing is that I was unable to open it up because the releases were jammed and the clips that keep the battery cover secured were broken and the cover kept falling out. Wonder if anyone has experienced similar problems.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
