Deducted from refund for two computers on S & H

Can anyone refresh my memory for me please. I am returning the Dell TSV and also the HP TSV. I could of sworn the hosts were saying if it is a gift and you had to return it you will not pay the S & H. QVC would pick that up. Cstomer service has informed me on one there will be $10.95 deducted from refund. The other computer will have a $8.95 deducted from refund. It is not so much the money as it is the principal. That was why I bought the HP because I figured if I needed to return it I would not be out anything. Please correct me if I am wrong! QVC's hosts are saying a lot of things on air that is not true when you talk to customer service in my opinion. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!!
