Computer is Blocking Access To Mr Rebates

Need some help from you electronic experts. I've used Mr. Rebates for years with no problem. I tried accessing it tonight and I keep getting blocked by a message stating: dotDefender Blocked Your Request, contact your site administrator.

Now I have no idea whatsoever what that means or how to access Mr. Rebates. I don't even know what site administrator is. My husband takes care of all this and he's not here. Can someone possibly help me.?????
