The cd rom drive quit workingon my computer. I don't use it much so I just forgot about it. I later did some investigating and the message says a driver(service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate drive may be providing functionality. I get the same message when I plug in camera, phone or video camera to usb port on computer. What doe it mean and is it something that can be fixed easily. Because of that no videos or photos will uopload.
