Good Luck I sure hope you get your laptop soon we cancelled our Dell EDD was April 14 then it went to April 21 then to May 5 then to Backorder I did contact qvc they said they were sorry they put in a urgent request to Dell for the order but they just had no idea when or if it would come in.

We went to Office Depot to look last night talked to the man that repairs computers to ask him some question on Intel or AMD A8 he said Intel was a little faster but not by much he said the only time you need a fast processor is for gaming and he said HP puts better graphic cards in there computers. My husband went to HP's website to customize a laptop the best price he got was $833 and that was with a AMD A6 Intel was more.

I see a HP laptop is coming up tonight as a TSV there price is sure better then what we found in office depot. We will check that out. We are not into gaming but I do a lot of scrapbooking of my dogs

I also ordered the purple dell tsv. I kept having delay after delay. It was due to arrive here on Monday April 14. I received an email from QVC saying that the order would be delayed further. Upon calling customer service, I found out that the order has been cancelled because the retailer would not release anymore of the tsv to QVC. Very disappointed. Forgot to mention that I did receive the software disk.

I got a nice HP Pavilion with an AMD A10 from Walmart. Take a look at

Mine was a clearance with less storage, and I had to update it to 8.1, but it's the same laptop and I highly recommend it. Walmart has some good deals on HP and Dell laptops.

I'm so sorry butterflyrose I was disappointed too my husband said everything happens for a reason. I can not believe that Dell would not release anymore of the TSV to QVC oh well I will just buy a HP.

That's what I plan to do too. Let's hope we have better luck with this TSV.

That's what I plan to do too. Let's hope we have better luck with this TSV.

I hope so too the hard part which color. I picked purple in the Dell I may try another color.

I ordered the Dell and got it 3 days later! Left it on my porch-no signature required- didn't know it was there for 2 days!! I Opened box-- no ac adapter--contacted the Q --they said they'd contact dell to send one out- have contacted the q at least 3 times since --no ac adapter and they keep saying the Q doesn't have them I have to wait for Dell- now almost a month gone by- called supervisor- who called ""corporate"" who called Dell- response ""7- 10 days MORE!!! this is everything I was looking for for months--- and it's already almost a month into the warranty and I can't even turn the dam thing on to see if it works. I kept saying why can't they ship it overnite??????? they keep saying 7-10 days. It's all on Dell. I'm ready to send it back but I really wanted this. The q then offered $50 off-- I said no- I need the adapter!!! Now they said Dell goofed and sent an MPI card instead--- ( which I didn't get either -What? I didn't know what an MPI card was - the CS didn't know either- so I went to Dell's site- it's a Microsoft office software card-I ORDERED THE PC WITH IT ALREADY!!! I'm totally disgusted not just with Dell but with QVC ( and I told them so) THE Q sold me the thing -and they could have insisted Dell send the adapter overnite express but they say they can't make them!!! I'm going to call again Monday- If I can't get a higher up - I'm done. I almost ordered the extra insurance as well- Guess what- it starts the date ordered--not received. How can you warrant a product if you don't even knowif itworks?

SEND IT BACK! Why are you keeping a computer without a power cord? There are plenty of good computers to buy elsewhere.

I ended up canceling the Dell and went with the HP in the same Purple color. There was no guarantee I would ever get the Dell, plus I run the risk of getting a return.

We did the same cancelled the Dell our EDD was April 14 then it went to EDD April 21 then EDD May 5 then it went to Backorder and QVC said they did not know when it was coming
back in or if they could get any more in.

I ordered the HP TSV as soon as I saw it come in the air at midnight I did not wait and I too ordered the Purple I sure will be happy when I see in order status shipped.
