Coby Kyros 9.7 MID9742

This coby kyros 9.7 was TSV awhile back and they sold ALOT. I cannot find any reviews on QVC.
I phoned before I ordered it and asked if I could view QVC live on it and watch Netflix. I was told yes.
I could not even though I downloaded Adobe flash ICS. I got sound only on Netflix and nothing live from QVC. Can you all get adobe flash to work on your coby?
I asked the tech guy and craig the QVC electronics guy and others on this forum and blogs but no one seems to answer the important questions that us consumers need to no.
