I purchased the Clickfree with the little case - received today, downloaded the app for my new (2 mth old) iphone and thought I would be ready to go...well, it copied some then stopped and app quit, tried SEVERAL more times, and it kept quitting after starting.

I could not get more than 1/3 of my photos copied.  I looked up to see if I could find anything about this issue, but no luck.  The reviews were glowing but only seemed to be from those who received as a promotion.  Did anyone else buy and have luck working with their iphone?  I am not sure if I got a dud or this product is a dud altogether.

I also want to note that it also locked up my phone at one point and my phone was very warm - I had to do a hard reset (I have never had to do on any of my iphones).  I am not sure if the app/product is defective.

@Itiswhatitis85. Is there a phone # or email for tech support or questions?

I believe so, but guessing it will be out of another country, so thought I would take a chance to see if anybody had purchased and had luck with iphone.  The reviews being all from freebies are a little sketchy so thinking this might not be that great.

It looks like a lot of them had been sold so hoping I might get some responses.

I have a PK Connect and never had an issue. Check
support@clickfree.com or call their customer service number.

@Itiswhatitis85 , I just use a USB stick to transfer data and photos.  Haven't used Clickfree in years.

Be advised, not matter how many devices you have and use to save data, they can fail.  I had a lot of photos and documents save on multiple external hard drives and they all failed.  How or why 3 hard drives failed is unknown to me.  Unfortunately, I didn't have a copy also saved in the cloud due to auto-save not on and a change in credit card information.  I had to put my dog down in September and found out about the HD failures when I went looking for photos of her.  While I would love to have the data back, the cost of retriving data from a failed hard drive is far too expensive.  I know better and it still happened to me.
