Claro Search

Please tell me how to remove this pesky search engine.

I think when I downloaded Google Chrome it came up, but I've uninstalled it, and the Claro Search is still there. It is not showing in my Add/Remove Programs either. It's hidden somewhere?

I even made Yahoo my default search engine, but Claro keeps taking over.
